Day 28 of the Free Yogis challenge was Care. I’m honestly so glad I started to take care of myself, body and mind. Before yoga, my anxiety was at an all time high, and I was worried that I would never regain control. Here I am, 2 years later, and I can’t remember my last panic attack. I needed yoga so much more than I ever knew. 
Additionally, the pose shown is a variation known as Big Toe Bow Pose, and offers a really great stretch of the back.
